Admissions to HIT are as per the regulations of Karnataka State Govt.
The students have to appear for the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Govt. of Karnataka for CET/Management Seats or the ComedK Entrance Test for ComedK/Management. Seats or Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main for Management seats.
