The college provides admission to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech.) on the basis of its cutoff. Candidates must meet Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology cutoff requirements to take admission in the desired course. The cut off for COMEDK UGET and KCET is released by Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka and Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) respectively. Dr AIT cutoff is different for each specialisation and also very as per the categories for students.
