Indian Institute of Technology Delhi cutoff includes certain criteria. The student must obtain a minimum of percentile in their previous examination. The applicant must qualify in the entrance examination like GATE/CEED/CAT/JAM/JEE. The performance in the written test and personal interview is also considered wherever needed.
