Boys Hostel The institute has boys hostels for the accommodation of students. The boys hostel has a mess that serves nutritious food to the students.
Girls Hostel AIT Pune has separate hostels for girls students. The rooms of girls hostels are spacious and offer a comfortable stay to the students. All the basic facilities are available for the students.
Gym To promote fitness and physical activity, the college has a well equipped and modern gym. All the latest equipment is available in the gym for students.
Library The library of the college is well stocked with books and journals. The reading room at the library is air conditioned. Digital resources are also available at the library.
Sports A multipurpose hall for indoor games such as badminton, table tennis, squash etc. is present within college premises. Medical/Hospital Army Institute of Technology has a nurse available 24 hours at the campus. An ambulance is also present at the campus for emergencies. Students are taken to the MI room BEG and MH, Kirkee, in serious condition.
