Boys Hostel Dheeran Mens Hostel, Valluvar Mens Hostel, Ilango Mens Hostel, Bharathi Mens Hostel, Kamban Mens Hostel, Poonar Mens Hostel and Sankar Mens Hostel are the seven boys hostels located at the campus. The hostels have basic facilities for the students.
Girls Hostel The college has three girls hostels - Kaveri Ladies Hostel, Amaravathi Ladies Hostel and Bhavani Ladies Hostel. KEC Erode hostel facilities offer a comfortable stay to the students.
Gym The campus has a well-established gym for the students. The gym has the latest equipment and students can workout as per convenience.
Library The library was established in1984 and named C.D. Memorial Library. The library has over 1 lakh books, 247 journals and 70 newspapers. Furthermore, the library has e-resources as well.
Sports Kongu Engineering College sports facilities include a basketball court, volleyball court playground and an indoor stadium with badminton courts. The Physical Education Department of the college conducts tournaments of various sports. It also organises summer camps for sports like badminton, basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis, volleyball, football, hockey, kabaddi and athletics every year.
