Boys Hostel The college has A hostel facility that has been provided to boys and girls within the campus. Presently the boy’s hostel has a capacity of 40. The college has availed of UGC assistance for setting up the hostel facility.

Gym The college offers round-the-clock gymnasium facilities to the students. The gym is equipped with a multi-gym Smith machine, Breacher curls, arm machines, bench press, flat benches, bars, dumbbells, plates, dip stands, and a host of other equipment for the students to utilize and stay fit and healthy.
Library The college has a Library that is an outstanding repository of a wealth of information resources which includes quality books, periodicals, and electronic databases on key functional areas of management. The library has more than 25000 volumes of textbooks and over 150 journals/magazines and access to over 1500 e-journals. The library is open from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm on all days except Sundays and holidays. The library has the facility for online databases like ProQuest & JGate JSMS covering more than 2000 titles and 150 periodicals through the website. The library is housed in the main building with a plinth area of 3355 sq. ft. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and online databases can be accessed through Wi-Fi. Students and faculty members can access library resources through their laptops/desktops.

Cafeteria The college students, faculty, and staff can enjoy nutritious food from the canteen on the MES campus. The canteen counter is open from 8.00 am to 8.30 pm daily and provides a variety of snacks and refreshments at nominal prices. The mess, primarily catering to the students in residence, operates at fixed timings and provides Breakfast: 7.30 am – 9.30 am; Lunch: 12.00 noon – 2.00 pm; Tea/snacks: 4.30 pm – 6.00 pm and Dinner: 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
Auditorium The college has a large and spacious college auditorium is designed to accommodate 2000 students comfortably. The auditorium is used for large gatherings and events like award ceremonies, inaugurations, assemblies, etc.
Medical/Hospital The college has As an institution dedicated to healthcare, MES AIMAT lays emphasis on providing excellent fitness facilities to the students. This takes the form of a full-fledged health club. The gymnasium at the health club is equipped with the latest fitness training equipment. All facilities at the health club are free of charge for students.

Transport The college operates a fleet of 13 college buses for the staff and students of the college. All safeguards have been implemented to ensure the safety and security of the passengers while maintaining route schedule punctuality. The college has made available college buses to all major locations around Kochi for the convenience of students and staff members. Conveyance is provided to locations such as Aluva, Kodungalloor, Vytilla, Ernakulam, and Perumbavoor.
