Boys Hostel The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The College also has a boys hostel, constructed by the College Management. the hostel is surveillance by CCTV's.
Girls Hostel The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Ladies Hostel A new Ladies hostel is constructed with the financial assistance of the University Grants Commission and College Management. which provides accommodation to girls. the hostel is surveillance by CCTV's.
Gym There is a well–equipped gymnasium on the campus. students can utilize the facilities available in the gymnasium at a nominal fee. The gymnasium is open before and after class hours.
Library The library of M.E.S Kalladi College started functioning in the very first year of establishment in 1967, in the early years it housed in a room in the main block, in 1990 the library owns an individual building. Now the library has a total plinth area of 5700 square feet with centralized air condition. The library has a collection of 40528 books,40 subject journals, 12 Magazines, and 6 newspapers. The college has more than 2500 students with 115 faculty members. The library fully automated with RFID Technology, All members of the college library provided RFID Tagged ID cards. It is the very first academic library in the district and third in the state with these facilities. Through Institutional membership, more than 6000+ e-journals and 31,35,000+ e-books can be accessed under the project entitled “National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content (N-LIST)” of INFLIBNET Centre, Ahemdabad. The E-learning area is equipped with 25 systems to access the e-resources. The knowledge resource center has Wi-Fi connectivity which enables the users to use their own laptops within the library. Sports The college has sports facilities for all students. Sports the college has adequate facilities for sports and games. These include a playground with 400 meters track to promote the activities of sports, games and a gymnasium for physical fitness and training. A new Indoor Stadium is being constructed on the college campus with the financial assistance of the University CintntsCommission and College Management.
Cafeteria The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. The college has a spacious and clean canteen, The canteen functioning on the college campus. serves quality food items on all wanting days to the students and staff at a moderate rate.
Auditorium The College has a well-equipped auditorium with a good audio system. Which is well illuminated and ventilated. This Multipurpose auditorium is a resourceful addition to the infrastructural facilities of MES Kalladi College. especially useful for large gatherings of students at functions cultural meets and conferences.
Medical/Hospital The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

IT Infrastructure The college offers a well-equipped Computer lab with a Broadband connection and full-time efficient faculty providing students a conducive environment. DCA and Various Diploma courses are conducted in the Computer Lab under BSS (National development agency promoted by Govt. India).
Laboratories The college has science laboratories with equipment worth lakhs of rupees. The costly and important equipment includes UV – VIS spectrophotometer, Systronics water analyzer, Rotary evaporator, Spectrofluorometer, CRO’s, GM. Counters etc.
Convenience Store The college cooperative store will be open on all working days. Essential items including books and other study materials would be distributed through this store.
