Gym The college has Gym facility for the students.
Library Library of Sarsuna College started in 1999 with only 86 books and now it is a rich collection of 30,550 books of different subjects and 250 bound volumes and 123 non-book materials. The central library is well equipped with Reference books, Textbooks, Journals, Periodicals, and Newspapers. The Library subscribes to about 2500 online Journals through INFLIBNET. Both open and closed access systems have been maintained simultaneously in the Library. A computerized Bibliographical database is in progress with the help of Library Management Software KOHA (version 3.16.04) on the Ubuntu Platform.
Sports-The College fronts a large playground that is used by the institution for all co-curricular activities.
Cafeteria The College canteen serves substantial and nutritious meals at reasonable prices. It is a favorite rendezvous of students and standards of hygiene are strictly maintained.
Auditorium The College boasts of a large auditorium and stage where many programs are held annually.
Medical/Hospital The College has First aid and sick room facilities that are provided to all students, teaching and non-teaching staff as and when required.
IT Infrastructure The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Laboratories The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.
Convenience Store The college has a convenience store facility for students. (like, photocopying facility and stationery, etc.) The College provides a cheap store within the campus to enable students to buy stationery at a reasonable price.
Parking Facility The College has is a cycle stand and car parking zone within the college campus where students may keep their conveyances.
