Aditi Mahavidyalaya offers undergraduate programmes in the fields of arts, commerce and education. The undergraduate programmes offered by the college are B.A., B.A. (H), B.Com, B.Com (H) and B.El.Ed. The college has a total of 54 well-qualified faculty members. The total number of students enrolled at present is 1943. Thus, the student-teacher ratio at Aditi Mahavidyalaya is 36:1. The college has many collaborations like SUTRA, Solan Himachal Pradesh, Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra (RLEK), Dehradun, Jagori, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, Young Womens' Christian Association (YWCA), etc.
Many facilities like laboratories, library, auditorium, cafeteria, IT infrastructure, sports, gym, wi-fi, convenience store, bank, etc are provided by Aditi Mahavidyalaya Delhi. The placement cell of the college helps in the placement of the final year students. The placement cell also conducts various placement training to ensure selection to the various companies. Aditi Mahavidyalaya Encouragement Prizes, Pushpa Bhatnagar Education Trust Scholarship, Merit Scholarship, Shri Basant Lal Bhutani Memorial Prize, etc are some of the scholarships provided by the college. The college also has many clubs and societies like dramatic society, NCC, NSS, etc.
