Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development is a constituent of Sri Balaji University. The Sri Balaji Society was founded in the year 1999 by Professor. Dr. (Col). A. Balasubramanian. BIMHRD links students corporates from all over the world and connects businesses with incisive and innovative thinking. It provides students with a cutting edge infrastructure and academics over their other counterparts by developing effective and responsible leaders for tomorrow and helping them gain insightful knowledge and inspire minds.
Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development offers Post Graduate Programme in Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) with dual specialisations. BIMHRD Pune secured AICTE’s approval in 2007-08. All M.B.A courses offered are with due approval of All India Council for Technical Education. Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development has experienced faculty members from nearly all streams of specialisation like Marketing, Finance, Human Resource etc. These faculty members, backed with tons of information and practical knowledge guide students to become better administrators tomorrow.

BIMHRD Tathawade is located in Pune which has made its name among India’s high technology cities. The BIMHRD Tathawade campus is within close proximity to some of leading corporates ranging from information technology to consumer goods. The campus is at Survey No. 55/2-7, Tathawade, Off the Mumbai-Bangalore Bypass in Pune, Maharashtra. The closest airport is the Pune International Airport which is 23.5 km away from the BIMHRD campus and takes around 50 minutes via the Aundh-Wakad Road. The nearest bus stop is the Chinchwad, Chikhali which is on the Akurdi Link Road and is 10 km from the campus taking close to 27 minutes to reach. The Pune Railway Station is 20 km away and takes around 40 minutes to reach from the campus. Students can hire cabs, auto-rickshaws to reach every nook corner of the city.

- Boys Hostel
BIMHRD Pune provides hostel accommodation for the students. There are separate rooms for boys and girls. The atmosphere is fun learning with recreational facilities so that students can enjoy and there is no scope for boredom. The BIMHRD Pune has ‘Cluster friend’ and ‘Floor friend’ to look after the discipline of the hostel and the features include a laundromat, a doctor, an ambulance, etc. - Girls Hostel
Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development facilities include separate hostels for the girls. The atmosphere is fun learning with recreational facilities so that students can enjoy and there is no scope for boredom. The BIMHRD Pune hostel allotment takes place on a first-come-first-serve basis. - Gym
A gymnasium is also available on the college campus. It also helps the students to stay fit and healthy. - Library
The Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development library consists of a huge amount of books ranging from various genres. The institute has books from topics such as Management, Literature, Business, etc. There is also a resource room that has an adjustable working space along with a computer system that has assistive software to help students. The library is completely automated and has a barcode system - has comfortable seats so students can spend long hours, has WiFi connection as well. Candidates can also access electronic resources for more information. The BIMHRD Pune Library has an arrangement with other libraries including EBSCO and DELNET. The library also has a DVD collection that has some of the most classic, modern feature films along with documentaries as well. Students can also read newspapers and magazines at the library. - Sports

BIMHRD Tathawade has 2 air-conditioned auditoriums, one of which has a seating capacity of 750 people while the other one has a capacity of 1000. The auditorium with 750 seating capacity can host events such as guest lectures and seminars, internal student events, and SBU Student General Body Meetings. The bigger auditorium can host events such as Annual Convocation, Ethics Oration and Prize and Incentives Distribution Ceremonies, Placement Drives, Pre Placement Talks, Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, Cultural festivals etc. - Medical/Hospital

Keeping pace with the changing trends in the world, especially in the field of technology, BIMHRD has heavily invested to incorporate the best technology in its campus. The computer labs at BIMHRD are well equipped with systems that support 100 MBPS internet cables for information connectivity. To ensure uninterrupted internet access, the BIMHRD campus is WiFi-enabled and produces high-speed up to 100 Mbps. There is also a dedicated server room from where all these facilities are controlled, the server is located within the campus and has 28+ servers and 2000+ nodes. Apart from this tech, students at BIMHRD can also have access to licensed software like MS-Office, SAP e-learning software, SQL, and SQSS etc. - Classrooms
Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development classrooms are furnished, well ventilated providing a peaceful environment for students to involve religiously into their studies.
