The alumni association acts as a bridge between the illustrious alumni and their alma mater, giving the current students and the alumni a chance to develop positive synergies and grow together in this process. The College of Engineering Kidangoor Alumni Association -CEKAA -fulfils this idea.The College of Engineering Kidangoor Alumni network brings together graduates of a variety of programmes – CE, CSE, ECE, EEE, EI, IT right from its inception. The collective strength of this alumni network is the backbone of CEK. The strength of any institute comprises of the present students, who are the future leaders and the alumni of the college, who bring in fame by virtue of their success.The Alumni Association of College of Engineering Kidangoor was formed in the year 2006, named as “College of Engineering Kidangoor Alumni Association -CEKAA”. The Representatives from Ex- students were elected unopposed for the various posts of Executive committee by the ex- students present. The elected committee members were felicitated by the Principal and extended best complements for the purpose.
- Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination of Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, or an examination recognized equivalent thereto, with 45 % marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry or / Computer Science / Biotechnology / Biology put together are eligible to Management and NRI seats of B Tech courses.

Boys Hostel
The college has A number of hostels for boys with good quality food and amenities are available near the College. The facilities available for boys at present are adequate. Private owners manage these hostels and the Parent Teachers Association (PTA) of the College closely monitors their functioning. For the information and guidance of the students, the hostels have been graded on a five-point scale and published. The new entrants to the College and their parents can draw information from this and choose a hostel of their liking. Permanent Hostel buildings of the College initially for boys will be established at the permanent site, only after the completion of the construction of various blocks.
Girls Hostel
The college has A number of hostels for girls, with good quality food and amenities, are available near the College. The facilities available for girls at present are adequate. The College has a full-fledged Library and Information Center, which provides a wide range of reading and reference materials to the students. Students can use the library from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM on all working days and Saturdays. The library has a collection of over 21000 volumes of books, 23 technical national and 24 international journals, 7 popular periodicals, and 6 National dailies now. We are maintaining a valuable collection of Reference books in all branches of Engineering. The reference section is having 6000 volumes of valuable reference books and the lending section is having 15000 books. In addition, we have a wide collection of general and Informative books also. A student can borrow 4 books (maximum) and 1 journal at a time.
Sports
The college has a permanent Volleyball court and a Shuttle court. We had purchased sports gear for all major games like Football, Shuttle, Cricket, and Volley Ball and also for Athletics. The College participated in University sports organized by CUSAT and has established itself as a major contender.
Cafeteria
The College has a canteen, inside the permanent campus, catering to the needs of the students and staff of the College. Delicious vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian meals of the local cuisine, and hot and cool refreshments are served at affordable rates. The working of the canteen is strictly monitored to adhere to the acceptable standards of hygiene.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The college is equipped with a full fetched centralized Computing facility. The users also have a choice of operating systems like Ubuntu, Linux, Windows 7, and Windows 8. Students can use the Computer Center from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM on all working days
Transport
The college has a regular bus service plying to and from Pala, Ettumanoor, Changanachery, Thalayolaparambu, Karukachal, Erattupetta, and Kottayam town to the college premises, for the purpose of conveying students and staff conveniently. The college campus is 1.5 km away from Manthady Jn. The P.T.A College of Engineering, Kidangoor operates college buses for the use of staff and students. Three buses are also used to commute students from Manthady Jn to Campus. The students of this college and their parents have a great appreciation for the bus service.
Laboratories
The college has A LANGUAGE LAB mainly focusing on expert English vocabulary training and Spoken practice for all students on this campus.

The college has A Co-operative Society Store became functional Students and staff can purchase the textbook and stationery items at subsidized rates and also can avail of the photocopying and DTP facility there.

The college has Service Co-operative Bank has been extending its support from its inception and had donated the land, where the college is located. The Bank has opened an extension counter, situated in the main building of the college.
