Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre (DYPMC), Pune was established in the year 1996. The College offers undergraduate (MBBS), postgraduate (MD, MS, M.Ch, DM), doctoral (Ph.D) and fellowship courses in different areas. DYPMC is an autonomous College under the University Grants Commission (UGC). The College is recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
DYPMC is located at Hospital & Research Centre, Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pimpri Colony, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra. Auditorium: The Institute has a fully air conditioned and a well equipped auditorium with audio visual facilities. It can be used for conferences, workshops, seminars, symposia, etc.
Canteen: Canteen facility is available at the college premises that serves hygienic food to the students and faculty at a reasonable rate.
Lecture Hall: Lecture Hall is available at the College premises to conduct lectures for a large number of students with audio visual facilities.
Library: The Library has a mixed collection of both print and electronic format, which include books, journals, databases, CDs/DVDs, e-journals, reports, research books, etc.
Laboratories: The Institute has a laboratory for every department for the students so that they can have practical knowledge of what they learn.
Transport: The College provides transport facilities to the local students and faculty to travel from their destination to the College. It can also be used for travelling to different health centres for training purposes.
