Dr Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research, Kamla Nagar, Kanpur - 208005, Uttar PraEstablished in 1995 by JK Organisation, Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research is a private institute approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a ‘B+’ grade. The vision of the college is to develop leaders who will bring change to society. Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research campus covers an area of 4 acres. The institute offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme.
A bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks is required to take admission in the PGDM programme. As a part of the course curriculum, students are also offered certification programmes from foreign institutes. GHSIMR Kanpur has collaborated with numerous international institutes like Westford Education Group, UAE, SYNERGY University, Moscow, Russia etc. Students with excellent academic performance are awarded a scholarship by the institute. Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research has an excellent placement record in the year 2020-21. The placement department of the institute conducts campus placements every year.

- Boys Hostel
At boys hostel students can opt for a single or double sharing room as per their convenience. The hostel rooms are spacious and clean. Boys hostel has basic facilities like RO water purifier, water cooler, a common room with TV and many more. - Girls Hostel
The hostel is located just 500 metres away from the academic building. Girls hostel has basic amenities like 24 hour internet access, water cooler, TV room etc. A mess is also there in the hostel which offers hygienic food. - Gym
