3rd June 2009 is a memorable date in the history of Jai Bharath Educational Foundation when it received the AICTE approval for the Jai Bharath College of Management and Engineering Technology and subsequently, on 20th August 2009, the College got the affiliation from University for CE, M.E, EEE, ECE & CSE branches. The classes for the first batch of students commenced on 24th August 2009.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. Boys Hostel

The college has a Health Club & Multi-Gymnasium is also functioning within the premises of the institution. It works on the logo 'Health is Wealth' nurturing a healthy and enthusiastic younger professional. Most modern and well-equipped machines are available. Both staff and students can make use of this facility during weekdays and Saturdays from 6 am to 8 am & 5.p.m.to8 pm with prior permission.
