The campus size of Jai Hind College is spread over an area of 1 acre of land. JHC Mumbai is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a grade A++ with a CGPA of 3.52 out of 4. The University of Mumbai and the Ministry of HRD have granted the college an autonomous status. The vision and mission of the college is to provide quality education and nurture leaders of the society and the nation.
Jai Hind College offers UG, PG and Ph.D courses. The courses are offered in the fields of Science, Arts, Commerce, Management and Research. After the year 2000, the college started offering self-financed and vocational courses too. JHC Mumbai offers admission to these courses on the basis of merit. The student-teacher ratio in the college is 40:1. Jai Hind College has an in-house career counsellor. The college also provides a platform for the alumni association. The college also conducts various extra-curricular activities like Arthanomics- an inter-college business and economics festival, E-Summit and many other.
