As per the NCTE norms building equipped in a beautiful environment with experienced faculty, well equipped laboratory, hostels and bus facilities for travel. It is situated in a 4.24 acres land adjacent to Shivamogga road, Shikaripura. The campus refreshes you with its scenic beauty, calm & quite environment, completely conducive for education. The minimum eligibility criterion for admission to B. Ed. is that candidate must be a graduate in any discipline. The candidate must either have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) or Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com.) from any recognized University.

The college library for their requirement related to the B.Ed course. The total number of books in the library just exceeds 12789. It, however, includes varieties of excellent books. The library contains textbook scope for various s on ‘Education’ as well as on other subjects, reference books (Dictionaries, Encyclopedias on different subjects, Atlas, etc.) and general books. The library subscribes to varieties of Journals on Education (mainly), Science, and Arts subjects. The collection also includes back volumes of Journals, Magazines, Career guidance. Number of varieties e-resources (e-journals, e-books, databases, etc) through the N-LIST for colleges (UGC-INFLIBNET) consortium are accessible from the library. - Sports
The college provides ample facilities and scope for various games and sports both indoor and outdoor, such as cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, kabaddi, kho-kho, chess, carrom, athletics, and Yoga education, etc., to keep the mind and body healthy. The physical education department is well equipped, adequate opportunities and good facilities are provided for the talented sports persons and athletes in the college. Hence the students are required to make use of all the available facilities. Physical education contributes significantly to the development of one’s personality and ability to function efficiently in society. The students are encouraged to participate in the University tournaments. Every Saturday after prayer, all the students assemble for a Mass Drill to keep them physically alert for the day’s work.
