The institute is a constituent college of Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala. It is also known as LMTSM Dera Bassi. With a GPA of 3.29, NAAC has accredited the college with an ‘A+’ grade. The campus of LM Thapar School of Management is spread over an area of 33 acres. The institute offers six courses - B.E Computer Science and Engineering, M.B.A., Ph.D Management etc. The institute accepts national level entrance examinations for admission to its M.B.A. and Ph.D courses. LM Thapar School of Management conducts Thapar Management Aptitude Test and Research Aptitude Test for admission to M.B.A. and Ph.D courses respectively.
