Muslim Educational Society(MES) Training College is a self financed college affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). MES has carved a niche for itself in the field of education and a new feather has been added to its cap with the commencement of the Traning College in the month of June 2005.

Laboratories Research is everything in Science. Without research, science would get stagnated and it is here in the Physical Science lab that a student learns what it is to be a researcher. Experiments carried out in Physical Science laboratories help the students in improvising their approach towards the subject. Our college has a fully equipped Physical Science laboratory for conducting Physical science experiments. The laboratory is equipped with various apparatus for conducting experiments in physics and chemistry. Important resources present in our physical science lab are chemicals, apparatus needed for the secondary school syllabus. The teacher trainees can make use of laboratory facilities for conducting demonstrations and experiments.
A language laboratory is a dedicated space for foreign language learning where students access audio-visual materials. Our language lab is an effective and complete method designed for students to learn a foreign language (English) through complete immersion. English education being an optional subject in our curriculum, the aspiring teachers get an opportunity to learn Communicative English through the activities conducted in our language lab.
Language Lab has a user-friendly multilingual learning software installed to enhance the communicative efficiency of students. It also serves as an effective platform for soft skill learning through maximizing exposure to oral communication activities. It is a unique setup with the objective to groom the students to be effective in the midst of global challenges of intercultural communication and social differences.
MES Training college Psychology lab plays an important role in ensuring the development of comprehensive, understanding of activities and responsibilities for the aspiring teacher education. Our lab has appropriate and relevant tests pertaining to the curriculum. It has apparatus for simple experiments related to Educational Psychology Intelligences tests (Verbal, Non-verbal), Aptitude Test, Personality Test, Attitude Tests, Interest Inventories, etc. The teacher trainees are motivated to develop their awareness and professionalism about the different aspects and their use.
Alumni Associations Alumni Association is administered by an Alumni Committee. The alumni association is very active in promoting interactions and camaraderie among the alumni, staff, and the management. Besides helping the alumni in all possible ways, it also lends its support to the college to achieve its cherished goals, vision, and mission.
