- The candidate shall have passed the second year Pre University or XII Standard or Equivalent examinations held preceding the entrance test with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects:- Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology, Electronics and has secured not less than forty-Five (45%) percent of the aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the languages for admission to Engineering and Technology Courses.<

The college has a Library and Information Centre of the college that is fully automated and spread over 400 sq. m. space. It has a seating capacity of over 150 students in the Reference section. The Library has a good collection of books, journals, reports. The library is subscribing to international and national journals/magazines. The library offers services such as a Book borrowing facility, User guidance, Newspaper clipping. The library is using the KOHA an integrated Library Management software package with all the modules for library housekeeping operations. The online public access catalog has more than 4.8 thousand records of books. Using OPAC, a user can search the books by Author, Title, Subject, and keywords. - Sports
The college spot out students' sports talents and provide all the necessary facilities to train them properly so as to enable them to compete with world champions with no feelings of diffidence. - Cafeteria

The College buses are used for student transportation during morning and evening hours, Monday through Saturday. Generally, buses are used to pick the students from Mysore intercity to college. At the same time, another bus was used to pick the students from the Chamarajanagar route. - Laboratories
