Mahajubilee Training College, (Christian Minority Community) Mulloorkara is a self financing college of Education for conducting M.Ed. and B.Ed. courses. It is affiliated to the University of Calicut and recognized by N.C.T.E. It is a minority Institution organized and managed by the Educational Agency of the Archdiocese of Thrissur. The most important objective of this college is to train good teachers who are able to give integral formation to students, the future of our nation. We want to develop this institution into a center of excellence in education. The college is established to achieve its motto “Learn, Live and Teach”. The college started functioning with 100 students (17 men and 83 women) on 5th Sept. 2002. This is the first professional college under the Archdiocese of Thrissur which gives preparation for all students, irrespective of caste and creed.
Library The college Library is fully automated. We have a good collection of books and reference materials. This year we have added 907 books worth rupees more than two lakh and now we have a total collection of 5830 books. We also subscribe to about 30 journals besides many periodicals and dailies
Sports The college has the sports facilities for all students.
Cafeteria The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Auditorium The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
Medical/Hospital The college has health center with first aid facility for the students.
IT Infrastructure The College computer lab is equipped with 32 machines where our students get practical training. It also has a collection of 200 educational CDs.
Laboratories The college has established labs that are fully equipped with the most modern equipment which the students and teachers utilize to their best advantage.
