Maitreyi College, Bapudham Complex, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110021, Delhi, India.Established in 1967, Maitreyi College Delhi is a prestigious women's college in the South Campus of Delhi University. It is ranked AIR 35th by NIRF 2021 rankings. It offers a Bachelor's level degree in Arts, Science and Commerce. The college is recognized by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) as an ‘A’ grade college. Maitreyi College is among the top 20 colleges of the University of Delhi. In recent years Maitreyi has moved ahead to achieve its aim as four of its science departments have been awarded STAR status by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India.
The campus is spread across 10 acres in Delhi. The inclusion of special courses at Maitreyi College apart from the mainstream degrees is aimed to create higher-skilled people with greater employability in the modern-day employment system. The college was recognised as star status to all four of its science departments namely Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Mathematics. The different societies and clubs give students exposure and opportunity in varied fields like theatre, fashion, dance, music, debate and many more areas of interest.

The college has girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The Girls hostel is newly constructed in 675 Sq. m. - Library
A collection of over 97000 volumes of print books are there in the Maitreyi College library. The e-resources in the library include CDs, e-journals and e-books. It is a constituent member of the DELNET (Developing Library Network) - Sports
The college has sports facilities for all students. For sports enthusiasts, the college provides ample opportunities with facilities like a soccer field, athletic mini track, volleyball, mud court, basketball synthetic court, Judo room (furnished with synthetic mats to facilitate judo as well as wrestling matches), bamboo room (with locker facilities for students) and a separate room for NCC. - Cafeteria

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar. The college has an air-conditioned Video Conferencing Room and an auditorium, each with a seating capacity of nearly 140 and 400 respectively. The college also has an amphitheatre. - Medical/Hospital
The college medical room provides basic medicines and has first-aid facilities. The college's Medical Unit schedules frequent weekly visits by a licenced medical practitioner to monitor the health of students, as well as teaching and non-teaching staff, as required. One qualified Nurse is also available on all working days from 9 am to 3 pm. - Wifi
