Ever since its founding on 24-12-1995, the society took special care and interest in the education of the people, especially the backward and minorities. Realizing the need for a good teacher training college, the society decided to start a training college in the locality. This college is established in the year 2005 with the recognition of NCTE and is affiliated to the University of Calicut. The college was inaugurated on 27-06-2005 by venerable sayyid Hyder Ali Shihab Thangal, president Majmaa Malabar Al Islami, in the presents of distinguished guests.

Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s degree and/or in the Master’s degree in sciences/social sciences/humanity, Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.
