Road, Pune - 411Marathwada Mitramandal’s College of Architecture (MMCOA) is the first unaided, well established and most prestigious private institute of architecture in Maharashtra established in 1985. MMCOA is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and is recognized by Council of Architecture and All India Council for Technical Education. Along with the focus on core academics, college also takes care of overall personality development of the students. The students are motivated to actively participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. They have brought many laurels to the institute in the events such as National Association of Students of Architecture (NASA).

Students seeking admission to the First year of a Bachelor’s degree course in Architecture must fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down by the University of Pune / Govt. of Maharashtra / Council of Architecture as applicable from time to time.
Facilities
- Gym
We have well equipped Gymnasium. The well-equipped gym provides students the opportunity to build their stamina to be better able to cope with the rigours of college life, channelize their energies in a healthy way and also hone their physique. Membership to the gym may be availed by both students and staff members. A well equipped common gymnasium is available for students in the campus. The students can avail these facilities as per the working hours of the gymnasium. - Library
The college library is rich in the collection with more than 6700 books, national, international and e-journals, the library is referred by students, faculty members and Ph. D scholars from other colleges from all over India. Students have open access to all books and journals. Library services are computerized using library Management software Autolib NG User-friendly search services are available through the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC). Circulation services are barcode based. A library has Institutional Membership of Jaykar Library, SPPU. - Sports

The auditorium which we call as Dnyaneshwar Hall has seen many events by esteemed professionals and academicians from various fields, over the period of time, since its foundation. It is well-equipped with best acoustical treatment, audiovisual equipment, public addressing system with LCD projector, screen, and computer. It has the capacity to accommodate 150 audiences at a time means a seating capacity to accommodate all the students and faculty at a time. In addition to theoretical knowledge, students also have the opportunity to learn through the fascinating audio-visual medium. - Medical/Hospital
