The College has ‘Minority Educational Institution’ status granted by the National Minority Commission for Educational Institutions, Government of India. MCMAT, one of the top MBA colleges Ernakulam offers MBA program affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, recognised by the Government of Kerala and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The two year MBA program is conducted in four semesters and offers a wide range of specializations. The AICTE has approved an additional intake from 2012. The College has been consistently performing in both academic as well as placements. The national ‘B’ – School Surveys have placed MCMAT as one among the top 5 institutions in Kerala and top 25 institutions in South India. MCMAT has national and international level linkages with industries and educational institutions. MCMAT is the only MBA College of MTEA Society of the Mar Thoma Syrian Church.

Foreign collaboration enhances cross-cultural exchange of faculties and students. MCMAT was having collaboration with Bellarmine University, USA from 2011 to 2016. During this period, a number of faculty and student exchange programmes, conferences and discussions were organized.

Candidates must qualify one of the following entrance test- Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or KMAT-Kerala.

- Boys Hostel
The Hostel accommodation is available for men students at the Asramam Campus. The residential students can avail the computer laboratory facilities for longer hours and actively participate in the enrichment programs. - Girls Hostel

The college has a library facility for all students. With the need to supplement and support the students and faculty with knowledge resources to keep themselves abreast of thoughts and the latest development, journals, CD? machines, and test books in the college library. It has books that deal with various aspects of management, IT in addition to periodicals and journals fortifying its existing setup with the vast repertoire of the current knowledge base. Each year, an average of 1000 books and journal volumes are added to the collection. - Sports
Sports play a pivotal role in shaping one’s personality and maintaining good health. We’ve specially developed a sports environment that matches international standards and gives a truly global experience to all our students. Information Technology and Computer Application have changed the role of managers as those with such skills in these areas have a competitive edge. The IT Lab and Multimedia Lab of MCMAT is equipped with over 135 state-of-the-art computer systems. - Laboratories
This College provides a Laboratory facility, the language laboratory is available to improve language skills and proficiency in the use of English. The College has a well-equipped hi-tech language laboratory supported by the Lang Lab software and print resources from the Cambridge University Press Publications. - Guest Room
