The college is situated in the educationally and socially backward region of western side of Ottapalam Taluk in Palakkad District. It is a Self Financing Regular First Grade College affiliated to UNIVERSITY OF CALICUT and recognized by GOVT. OF KERALA. The College is located on picturesque hill top of Vattaparambu just 1.5 km from Padinharangadi centre on the Parakkulam road. It is 20 km away from Kuttippuram Railway station and 15km from Pattambi. Kumaranellur, Edappal, Changaramkulam, Thrithala are near by towns.
