Regional Institute of Education, Sachivalaya Marg (Near BDA NICCO Park), Bhubaneswar-751022, Odisha,Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneswar one of the five such institutes in the country of NCERT, New Delhi has been providing academic and technical support to the states of Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura and the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Island for improvement of school education through pre-service and in-service programmes. However, with the establishment of North-East Regional Institute of Education (NERIE), Shillong in 2015, in-service programmes as well as pre-service B.Ed. programme for North- Eastern states have been shifted to NERIE.

- Boys Hostel
The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. All hostels have mess facilities for students. Two faculty members are posted as wardens in each hostel. Each hostel is provided with sports and games equipment and fields for badminton and lawn tennis, TV hall, music system, medical kit, Aqua guards, kitchen, garden, dining hall, a stage for the cultural program. Each hostel is having a security post in front of it and is provided with a security guard for twenty-four hours for the safety of the residents. - Girls Hostel
The college has a girl’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. All hostels have mess facilities for students. Usually, girls hostels are provided with some typical facilities such as ironing, fridge, library, overhead projector, water heater, visiting rooms, workers room, waiting for place for parents and other facilities. The College Library has a collection of more than 70,000 documents, which includes about 69,000 books (Textbooks, General books, Reference books, Language books etc.), 1000 Bound volumes of Periodicals, Serial publications, 300 Reports, 580 Dissertations, 100 Maps, Atlases and some other non-book materials. It is subscribing around 77 Journals/Periodicals (Indian and foreign journals) and 16 daily newspapers every year. An average of 550 new books are being added to the library collection every year. - Sports

The college has a canteen, at an approachable place, a canteen is available. It caters to the needs of staff and students of DM School and institute. The canteen regularly provides good quality tea, coffee, cold drinks, snacks, lunch, etc. as per the requirement of the Institute on different programs, meetings, seminars, and conferences. - Auditorium
The College has a One large size new Auditorium with 200 sitting capacity. - Medical/Hospital
The Institute has a health center on the campus. The health center is having two part-time doctors, two pharmacists, one attendant. One room with two beds for patients, one dressing room, and one storeroom for medicines are available inside the health center. Some prescribed medicines are freely provided to the students, staff, and their family members. Apart from regular duties, the doctors also provide health care and treatment during the sports meet and examination period of the institute. The healthcare center possesses blood pressure measuring instruments (Sphygmomanometer), AutoClave, Dressing instruments, Glucometer, Weighing machine, height measurement machine, etc.. These are thoroughly utilized by the staff members and students (both RIE and DMS) of the institute. - Wifi
The entire campus is networked with fiber optics cable and Wi-Fi connection 100 Mbps internet connectivity from NIC - IT Infrastructure
The College Computer application Centre comprised of two laboratories with the server room and storeroom along with the Head & In-charge's chamber. It is having hundreds of PCs and laptops fully loaded with all essential software and internet with wi-fi connectivity. - Laboratories
The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students namely Psychology Lab – The laboratory have a stock of approximately 138 a psychological test used as part of the course, supplement materials or tools to collect information for research and teaching-learning process for courses like DCGC, M.Ed, and M.Phil.and for various in-service teacher training programs. This lab is also used as a counseling cell for students. - Guest Room
The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family guest houses are fully AC with 12 rooms for resource persons/guests/dignitaries and another one having well furnished 38 non AC rooms to accommodate guests, participants of various teacher training programs and parents of the students - Banks Facilities
