SDM College of Engineering and Technology Dharwad is a privately owned co-ed college. SDMCET Dharwad has a campus size of more than 60 acres. The total number of faculty members is more than 150 and the total student enrollment is more than 2,500. All UG programmes are accredited by NBA under tier 1. In the NIRF rankings of 2021, the college was placed in the rank band of 250 to 300. The vision of the college is ‘To develop competent professionals with human values.’
SDM College of Engineering and Technology Dharwad admissions are offered to 17 courses at the UG, PG and doctoral levels. SDMCET Dharwad courses offered are - B.E, M.Tech, M.B.A and Ph.D. For securing admission to the SDM College of Engineering and Technology Dharwad, candidates have to appear for entrance examinations. These entrance examinations are - KCET, the management entrance test for management quota, COMEDK UGET and Karnataka PGCET.
