Smt. Jawala Devi College of Education is a modest attempt to provide quality higher education to the students of this area with the opportunities of creative thinking and personality for the students. Boys Hostel The campus hostel is located on inside the Campus insalubrious and lush green surroundings. All the hostel buildings are provided with 24 hrs. security guards. Boys’ hostel building having accommodation for 150 students. There are various facilities in hostels like – canteen, public phone, cold drinking water, hot water for the bath, etc.
Girls Hostel The campus hostel is located on inside the Campus insalubrious and lush green surroundings. All the hostel buildings are provided with 24 hrs. security guards. Separate buildings for Girl-students with a capacity of 150 girl-students.There are various facilities in hostels like – canteen, public phone, cold drinking water, hot water for bath, etc. Students interested in admission to the hostel will have to apply immediately after confirming their admissions.
Gym College also has 3000 sq. ft. modern style well-equipped gymnasium.
Library The library of Smt. Jawala Devi College of Education is one of the best libraries in the area. There are 7000 books available in the library on various subjects. Apart from textbooks, there are many books on literature general knowledge, history and career etc. College students have issued these books. Every student is given a token on which one textbook and other books related to literature, general knowledge and career are issued on a return basis.
Sports The college has its own cricket, football, volleyball grounds and twin basketball courts, Table Tennis and Carrom facilities are also provided.
Cafeteria Spacious and well-equipped canteen facility is available on the campus. A complete and planned meal is served in neat, clean and hygienic surroundings. Apart from the north and south Indian nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner, the canteen also serves appetizing Chinese food. Tea, coffee and soft drinks along with snacks are also available. All the items are reasonably priced. Monthly Mess facility is also available for the students as well as staff members.
Auditorium The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
Medical/Hospital The college has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students.
Wifi The campus has a seamless Wi'Fi network with more than 1 Gbps leased line with multiple ISPs which allow the students to connect to net anytime, anywhere! Through this, they have more chances to gain knowledge and extract unlimited information.
IT Infrastructure The college providing Computer training programme has been organized under faculty development prog. To develop computer efficiency.
Transport The college has its own buses to provide transport facility to students and staff in all nearby areas. The college has a sense of security especially for girl students by providing pick and drop facility uses to ensure that our students and staff are able to reach the college on time with utmost ease.
Laboratories These are well established with all the necessary equipment, infrastructure and facilities of state of the art as prescribed the University. laboratories Practicing Writing, Listening, Reading, Speaking skill & Understanding.
Guest Room The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
