St Thomas College of Nursing, P.O Box No. 1, Kurisumood P.O. , Chethipuzha, Changanacherry Kottayam-St. Thomas College of Nursing is a unit of the educational institutions of Archdiocese Changanessery. The college was established in the year 2002 with B. Sc Nursing course (50 seats) and was affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. It is open, like all other Educational Institutions under Catholic auspices, to all persons irrespective of religion, caste or community. In 2010 the college got affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) Thrissur. Post graduate programme started in 2012 in Medical Surgical Nursing specialty with four seats.

The College has various national and international collaborations.
Candidate Should be (10+2) or have done High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent. He/She should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate
Facilities
- Boys Hostel
The hostel is a “Home away from Home”. There are good facilities for washing, drying, ironing clothes. Facilities for outdoor games are provided in the college campus. A hygienic kitchen and dining hall to accommodate all the students. The 2 wardens take care of the hostilities with much care and affection. Each student is provided with a coat, reading table, chair, cupboard and space for keeping belongings. - Girls Hostel

The Multipurpose Auditorium is available in the basement to conduct conferences, Seminars, Symposia, Workshop, and gatherings. The hall equipped with the latest Audio Visual Aids. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 500. - IT Infrastructure
The college has 22 computers with internet facilities are installed in the IT Lab of the college of nursing. It functions from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm. All staff and students have free high-speed internet access. - Transport
Our college owns two vehicles. A 50 seated bus and a 14 seated van are available to support the logistics of the students. - Laboratories
The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.
