The Cochin chapter of Toc H commenced operations in the early seventies. In the beginning it focused on rehabilitating Leprosy and TB patients. Later, it engaged in rehabilitating beggars in the city of Cochin in collaboration with the Corporation of Cochin. With the establishing of Toc H Public School in Cochin the foundation was set to provide quality schooling right from primary to the senior secondary level. After over 25 years of successful academic excellence, Toc H is today a name to reckon with and has become a synonym for excellence in education.

Facilities
Boys Hostel
The hostel facility is provided for both boys with a capacity of 150 and 120 students respectively. The hostels are well furnished with common facilities like a study room, television, internet, washing machine, indoor 8 outdoor games, and telephone. Both hostels are supported with stand-by generators to meet any emergency break-down of power supply, 24 x 7 basis security is also provided.
Girls Hostel
The hostel facility is provided for both boys and girls with a capacity of 150 and 120 students respectively. Gym
The fitness center of the college has a facility of a 12 station Multi Gym for the male students and a Treadmill in the ladies hostel. The athletes use this facility to build their fitness as part of their sports training program.
Library
The college Library supports the educational mission of the college by discerning and fulfilling the information needs of its diverse user community. The main library, located centrally, facilitates easy access to all user communities, along with MBA and Digital libraries and 10 other department reference libraries. The 10000 square feet library provides a wide range of services. The full-fledged library with its automated library system is fully equipped to meet any requirements of all information seekers. The library services to the students and faculty are made available through Vivekananda Central, Sarabhai Digital & C K Prahalad MBA Libraries.
Sports
Facilities provided include a multi-purpose playground on the campus to conduct Outdoor games such as Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Cricket, Track & Field activities, and In-door games like Table Tennis, Badminton, Chess, and Carom. Intramural and extramural activities are planned to ensure regular participation of the students in-game and sports throughout the year including Inter-Collegiate tournaments of CUSAT & KTU.
Cafeteria
The centrally located College Canteen and the two outlets operated by the TIST Employees Cooperative Society meet the catering requirements for all the staff and students with a variety of delicious food items at affordable rates.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
Medical/Hospital
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. An ambulance facility is available.
Wifi
The college Campus provides 49 Mbps high-speed internet LAN and a 24×7 Wi-Fi facility in the college campus for the student and faculty members to avail seamless internet connectivity any time, at any place, in the college and hostel. The college Firewall blocks restricted and unwanted sites.
IT Infrastructure
The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The connectivity through a fully networked campus with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, computing & communication resources, offers the students, facilities of e-mail, net surfing, up/downloading of web content, software, and applications.

The college has the A/C Classroom facility for all students.
Transport
The college has a Transport facility for the students. 19 buses are available for the staff and for the students. Bus route covering most of the areas in Ernakulam (Eramalloor, Aroor, Fortkochi, Edacochi, Njarackal, Kalloor Kalamassery, Aluva, Eloor, Kolencherry & Muvattupuzha,) and Kottayam (Kaduthuruthy, Kurupumthara, Thalayolaparambu & Vaikom) districts. A total of 1069 students/staff is availing of the college bus facility.
