The Erode College of Pharmacy and Research Institute, Perundurai Main Road, Veppampalayam, VallipuraThe Erode College of Pharmacy (ECP) was established in the year 1992, under the patronage of Erode Educational Trust. The college is recognized by Government of Tamilnadu and affiliated with The Tamilnadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai , approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The institution offers D.Pharm (2 years), B.Pharm (4 years), Pharm.D (6 years), M.Pharm (2 years) with four specializations Viz: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology and Pharmacy Practice and in addition to Doctoral Programme (Ph.D). The college is situated at Veppampalayam, Coimbatore Highway in a sprawling pollution free campus which is 10 km away from Erode bus stand, 80 kms from Coimbatore airport and close to several prominent educational institutions.

The college has seven spacious, well-designed, and properly furnished separate hostels for boys; including different ones for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Each hostel room is well furnished with a double bed, study table, wardrobes and has an attached bath and toilet, with 24 hours hot water supply. Each hostel has separate common rooms with color television with DTH and facilities for indoor games where students can relax after exhaustive hours of study. - Girls Hostel

Internet facility is available for online search particularly useful for postgraduate students and research scholars. - Sports

Apart from sports activities, the college has plans for an annual visit to the industries in the nearby area. This helps in bridging the gap between industry and college.
