Togari Veeramallappa Memorial College of Pharmacy, Y. Nagesh Shastry Nagar, Kappagal Road, Bellari,The Togari Veeramallappa Memorial College of Pharmacy, Ballari was started in 1985 by the V. V. Sangha to provide the teaching and training facilities for the students to take examination in Diploma in Pharmacy. Later, this College started B. PHARM course in 1991 and M. PHARM course in Pharmaceutics in 2011. Sensing the great demand for pharmacists serving in Hospitals, clinical, nursing homes, regulatory agencies, clinical trials this College started a six years PHARM D. course in 2011.
This 35 Years old well acclaimed Pharmacy College has been providing an outstanding education system through a cutting edge curriculum, state of the art high tech classrooms, inter-professional education experiences and learning experience from a talented group of faculty and staff who are committed to the success of each of its students. The College offers an innovative block-system curriculum that allows students to master one subject before moving on to the next. The curriculum is designed by nationally and internationally acclaimed faculty group who also provide advanced training in a wide range of specialties. The College is well kwon for the outstanding clinical training and opportunities at VIMS (Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences) which prepare each of our students to be practice-ready.
This College building with built up area about 40,000 Sq.ft. is well equipped with spacious laboratories, class rooms, well furnished voluminous library and other facilities to nurture the young minds. All the courses are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and are approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi.

The College has various national and international collaborations.
- The Candidate must pass P.U. II Year Science Examination of P.U. Board, Karnataka, or its equivalent (10+2) with 40% marks or more in PCB/PCM/ PCMB group or with D. PHARM from recognized Board.
- Lateral entry: Candidates who have passed the D. PHARM course (approved by the PCI) with not less than 50% aggregate shall also be eligible to this course and shall be admitted directly to the II B. PHARM course.

The college has Separate hostel facilities are provided for Boys. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and properly ventilated, making a comfortable stay with adequate security arrangements. The hostel management is constantly monitoring and observing the students and good quality, hygienic food is served. - Girls Hostel

E-journals and E-books are provided through the HELINET Consortium of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. Also, there is a huge collection of Pharmacy related audio, Video CDs for the use of faculty and students. - Sports
