The college has signed Memorandum of Understanding with CADD center for training and placement of final year students of civil, Mechanical and Electrical students.Through this MoU in campus training on related software will be given to students to excel in latest technologies. The MoU also allows our students to get placement on successful completion of the course. 2019 passout students are also placed in various core companies by this MoU.
NPTEL is the largest repository of online courses in Engineering, Science & Humanities from India’s best Institutes. Students can experience class room like learning from the experts. Vedavyasa Institute of Technology provides facility for watching Classes. The students of Vedavyasa Institute of Technology can access all the courses of NPTEL even without an Internet connection.
An MoU is signed between Techaxis academy and Vedavyasa institute of technology for training the students in soft skills and making them eligible for placements. In campus training will be conducted and they bring companies to our campus for placements.

The basic eligibility criteria required to join B.Tech course in Vedavyasa Institute and are mentioned below
- Applicants must be of Indian nationality and should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2019
- To be eligible for B.Tech admissions the candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics as core subjects.

Facilities
Boys Hostel
The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Boys hostel facilities are available inside the campus. Food is provided in the canteen which is at a walkable distance. Boys Hostel has 40 rooms which can accommodate 160 students
Girls Hostel
The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Girls hostel facilities are available inside the campus. Food is provided in the canteen which is at a walkable distance. the girl's hostel has 50 rooms which can accommodate 200 students.
Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the physical fitness of the students. Veda Vyasa Institute of technology has a Gym on the campus. It is equipped with Treadmill, Fitness equipment, Stationery bicycle, Rowing machine, Training bench, Dumbbells, etc, The Gym is open from morning 5.30 to 7.30 for boys and Evening 5 to 7 for girls for a monthly payment of Rs.200/- Students who stay in hostels normally use the gym.
Library
The college has a library facility for all students. The central library has acquired over 23000 books. The books are classified according to the DDC Scheme of Library Classification and follow an open access system. The central library subscribes more than 60 print national journals, 30 popular magazines, and 6 daily newspapers. In addition to the regular Library and Information Services, Book Bank service is being provided to ensure essential study materials to socially backward students. The central library has 8 valuable foreign e-journal databases in the field of Engineering science and technology include ASCE, ASME, ASTM, Elsevier, IEEE, J-Gate, McGraw Hill, and Springer. IP based Full-text access of these eight Electronic resources are activated all over the campus.
Sports
The Department of Physical Education in Veda Vyasa institute of technology is promoting Physical Education and sports on par with regular academics. The Institution has well recognized the value of sports and physical activities as a means of developing personality promoting social harmony and discipline. The Department provides ample opportunity for the students to utilize their leisure time with physical activities to reduce their stress and inculcate a lifetime physical activity behavior in their day-to-day education system. Physical fitness is not only the most important key to a healthy body but also the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual abilities. We encourage mass participation in physical activities, which enhance the overall cognitive abilities of the students. The Department of Physical Education is monitoring the sports activities of students as well as staff. Our Sports department desires to prepare all the Sports events to enable participation for all Inter Collegiate Tournaments.
Cafeteria
The canteen is located on the west side of the mini stadium and between the workshop main building and ladies hostel. It is a three stored building in which the ground floor is for girls, the first floor is for faculty and staff, and the second floor for boys. Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian food will be provided (Self-service).
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
Medical/Hospital
The college has health a center with a first aid facility for the students.
IT Infrastructure
The college has three labs and has a total of 250 Computers all with Intel Core i3 / Core 2 Duo 2033MHz/4GB RAM/ 18.5" TFT Monitor and Debian 5.0 GNU/Linux and Windows XP Professional as Operating System. This high-tech lab complex has a total area of 6,000 sqft. Another good feature of the CCF is that it has a back up of three Online UPS (40kVA, 30 kVA, and 20 kVA) and the Tubular batteries can give a back up of 3 hours on peak load.
Transport
Veda Vyasa Institute of technology has an extensive network with good reach all over the city is an added advantage for students. It has transportation facilities from Ramanattukara, Pembroke, pantheerankavu, hilite mall, thondayad, mancave, Manchanda, etc.
