An applicant who has completed Pre-University Course or Senior Secondary School Course (+2) from a recognized University of India or equivalent thereto is eligible for admission for the first semester of Five year B.B.A., LL.B. Degree program.
The minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examination shall not be below 45% in case of GM students 42% in case of OBC and 40% in case of SC and ST applicants.

Library The library is the sacrosanctum of an educational institution. One of the core objects of the Library is to make the Law School a Legal Research Centre par excellence. The library offers its researchers one of the finest collections of legal materials in both print and digital formats. Vidya Vikas Law School has subscribed to all leading professional law journals like All India Reporter, Supreme Court Cases, Criminal Law Journal, Divorce & Matrimonial Cases, Company Law Journal, Consumer Protection Judgments, Labour Law Journal, etc. with back volumes. It has procured all titles of leading law publishers like LexisNexis Butterworth Wadhwa Nagpur, Eastern Book Company and Universal Law Publishing, and plenty of other books on Management and other social sciences.
Sports The college has a sports facility for all the students from its inception the School has taken efforts to build sports facilities for students. Currently, the Law School has a basketball court, a tennis court, and indoor facilities for table tennis at the hostels and in the Academic block. Arrangements have been made with the Sports Authority of India complex nearby for the use of their facilities.
Cafeteria The college has a cafeteria facility for all the students and staff.
Auditorium The college has an Auditorium facility for all the events and seminars.
IT Infrastructure The college has an excellent IT infrastructure facility for all the students to provide for high quality, efficient and secure infrastructure that would enhance the productivity of all its users. To ensure this, the IT infrastructure and services are being constantly reviewed, maintained and updated by a separate IT Committee consisting of a few faculty members and technical staff. The technical staff is encouraged to constantly update their knowledge through periodic training programs. The IT infrastructure has grown tremendously over the past few years. The bandwidth for Internet Services has been increased almost tenfold and is now 100 Mbps. This caters to the wireless network in the classrooms, academic block, library and faculty blocks. All classrooms are equipped with computers and projectors. To further enhance the quality of classroom experience “E-Class” equipment is installed in a few classrooms. This will soon be extended to other classrooms.
Moot Court The college has set up a moot court. Mooting is an integral part of legal education. It helps a student hone his/her research and communication skills. It allows a student to learn legal etiquette which is necessary for all forms of legal practice. Therefore, periodic workshops should be held to acquaint the law student with different aspects of mooting. VLS established formal procedures for selecting teams that represent the law school in national and international moots.
