YBCCP is located at Dr. Rafiq Zakaria Campus, Dr. Rafiq Zakaria Marg, Rauza Baug, N 2, Cidco, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Aurangabad Railway Station is 7.4 km away and Central Bus Stand is 4.3 km away from the college. Aurangabad Airport is 9.4 km away and it will take around 22 minutes to reach the college. Students can take a bus or a cab to reach Y.B. Chavan College of Pharmacy.

- Candidate applying for the B.Pharm should have passed 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subjects with a minimum of 45% marks.
Facilities
- Hostel: Hostel facility is only available for boys with varied other facilities like dining hall and mess facilities.
- Laboratory: College has an advanced and high-tech lab facility for the students for practical and research work. A separate instrumentation room is also available.
- Machine Room: The College has a well equipped air-conditioned machine room with various facilities like HPLC, I.R and UV spectrometer, tablet coating machine, dissolution apparatus, docking software.
- Library: YBCCP has a modern library for the students and faculty with a separate reading room. It has a collection of various books, national and international journals, CDs and periodicals, etc.
- Sports: Several indoor and outdoor games are available for the students. Sports events and tournaments are also organised where students can participate.
