Chandy College of Education is run and managed by PitchandiPoornamaalaiAmmal Trust. Sri.P.Selvaraj is the Chairman of the Institution.The college was started in November 2007.The College has been recognized by NCTE, affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University for the B.Ed. degree course and Accredited with ‘B’ grade by NAAC. From the day of its inception the college is growing from strength to strength and the college has produced almost 100% result in all the academic years.
The main aim of the college is to provide Good Quality Education to the students.
This college is permitted to offer two year degree course, to eligible students selected as per the norms of Government of Tamilnadu.
This college is to follow the syllabus and curriculum prescribed by the Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.
