Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by the University of Mysore, Mysore.
Admission Process
- Admission shall be made by selection on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination and performance in a specially designed national level test (Common Entrance Examination) conducted by the NCERT. It shall be governed by the admission policies of NCERT and the guidelines of the University of Mysore.
- Admission will be in accordance with administrative policies related to proportionate representation (based on the latest available census report) to different States in the region. It will also be governed by the reservation policies of Govt. of India as prevalent at the time of admission.
